Lower-Normandy’s projects flooding into INTERREG

couv_interreg.jpgUp to 2013, Lower Normandy is eligible to join INTERREG programmes. The opportunity to develop cooperative projects between European regions is consequently open to the region’s associations, research teams and laboratories, together with, subject to certain conditions, its businesses. For some, action is already underway, whilst others are preparing their projects for validation.
