Innovation “boosts” the logistics sector

New technologies capable of optimising traceability, reducing energy consumption or rendering industrial processes more reliable in the logistics sector: the June breakfast debate organised by Synergia shed a new light on the subject.
Logistics can now be considered as a “heavyweight” in the region’s economy. Reunited in the form of the FCL-BN (Federation of Lower Normandy Logistics Clubs), the profession now benefits from representation within regional authorities and is actively involved in innovative projects.
As such, it can now rely on support from the Materials CNRT (National Technological Research Centre), backed by the Lower Normandy Regional Council and the DIRECCTE, which aims at facilitating the integration of new technologies within the region’s SMEs. “The “Key Technologies” initiative (Connexions n
