To help the company clear an oncoming hurdle, it has sought help from the region’s innovation agency, Miriade.  And it was quite right to do so since it was very quickly (decision within 5 working days) awarded a 25,000 Euro grant to fund specialised consultancy assistance, within the framework of the “Impulsion Conseil” programme. This is the 300th grant awarded by Miriade. “Now that we are more efficient, we can afford extra time to our teams working on product innovation and marketing innovation issues,” explains Juliette Rapinat-Freudiger, the company’s Managing Director.
“This support will enable us to progress towards an industrial process, with help from outside experts to ensure we successfully cross this key organisational hurdle,” she adds. “Being quick on the mark to change, get yourself organised and innovate, including from a management point of view, are the keys to success in economically difficult periods.” Once this essential preliminary stage has been validated, Loxos will then deal with a number of strategic aspects: adapting its products for export or for shipment to French overseas departments and territories, identifying export growth engines via the development of new partnerships or the creation of ad hoc structures, eco-design and the creation of new designer products.
