Following an initiative by the Lower Normandy Regional Council, within the framework of its policy to support industrial sectors, and in partnership with the DRIRE (Regional Directorate for Industry, Research and Environment), the association “Filière Nautique Normande” (Normandy Nautical Sector) saw the light on the 22nd of September .

The FiNN’s first general assembly has already been held, and a board has been elected. Chairman: Stephan Constance, Allures Yachting in Cherbourg; 1st Vice-chairman: Yvan Griboval, Sailingone in Caen; Vice-chairman: Alexandre Magarian, C2IM in Port-en-Bessin; Secretary: Nicolas Vivier, ICARAI in Cherbourg; Treasurer: Pascal Leruez, FAN in Cherbourg.
