Pascal Buléon, CNRS research director (geographer), was elected director of the MRSH at the centre’s management board meeting on the 9th of July 2009.

He will be taking over from Jean-Marc Moriceau (historian), himself elected on the 1st of June 2005, and whose 4-year term of office had come to an end.
