The ARC in support of a CI-NAPS team

On the 24th of September, within the premises of the GIP (Public Interest Group) Cyceron in Caen, Jean-Claude Jousset, administrator and general secretary of the ARC (Cancer Research Association), officially awarded a 50,000 Euro grant to Dr Myriam Bernaudin, the CNRS researcher in charge of the CERVOxy team (Cerebrovascular Hypoxia and Pathophysiology), a constituent of the CI-NAPS (Centre for Imaging - Neuroscience and Applications in Pathology).
The grant will be used to fund research work aimed at discovering new therapeutic prospects for the treatment of brain tumours. The ARC’s scientific committee has acknowledged the project’s quality, via a 2-year grant.
