A new president for the Mov’eo Cluster

A new director for the TES Cluster
7 10 2009Forty-five year-old Paul Faivre Pierret is the new director of the Secure Electronic Transactions (TES) Competitiveness cluster since September 2009. He takes over from Daniel Lengrand who had occupied the position since October 2006.

The SAIC certified by the INPI
7 10 2009Caen University’s SAIC (Industrial and Commercial Activities Service) has been awarded certification by the INPI (National Industrial Property Institute) for industrial property pre-diagnostic services. Following training dispensed by the INPI, Nicolas Craipeau, the SAIC’s legal specialist, can now take on the development of pre-diagnostic reports for the region’s SMEs and SMIs.

The DRRT joins the ministry
7 10 2009Jacques Léglise, regional delegate, has left Lower Normandy’s DRRT (Regional Delegation for Research and Technology) to head for the Ministry for Higher Education and Research as head of the department of regional affairs.
From the CRISMAT to the MPPU
7 10 2009Charles Simon, CNRS research director based at the CRISMAT, has been appointed assistant scientific director at the CNRS scientific department MPPU – Mathematics, Physics, Planet and Universe, and is in charge of Large Scale Facilities since the 1st of September.
